What would shift in your life if you started showing up with full awareness, in your choices, your emotions and your truth?

Hi! My name is Giselle "Gigi" Delgado, a former Creative Director now dedicated to guiding you through a journey of self-discovery, empowered by empathetic conversations and a genuine curiosity about your experiences.

My coaching philosophy revolves around helping individuals connect with their emotions and explore their realities through honest dialogue and a creative, spiritual and compassionate approach. By sharing insights from various life experiences, I aim to open up new avenues for self-awareness and growth. You can read more about my journey here. Or you can watch this quick video to learn a little more!

Let's embark on this journey together and uncover the path to your true self by attending one of my virtual CONVERSATIONS (teachings), participating in a GROWTH GROUP or booking an INDIVIDUAL SESSION with me.

“Giselle's expertise and guidance helped me craft what I now consider my personal GPS — a comprehensive framework that clarifies my values, strengths, and the methods I use to navigate life’s challenges.”

Maria Antonieta V.

"Through just a few sessions, Giselle facilitated a transformative process that allowed me to identify what I truly want (and don't want) from relationships and life situations. It was easy to have honest conversations with her because she is very honest too!"

We were told not to feel sad. “Look at the bright side.”

So we pretend. We isolate. We turn it inwards.

The sadness grows. It doesn’t disappear by ignoring it.

What if sadness simply needs to be witnessed and met with safety and compassion so we can move on?

Tonight at 8pm Eastern time! RSVP to get free Zoom link!

Sad realization but also a step towards freedom when we can take ownership of our own doing.

There’s power in awareness.

What if we became our biggest protector? Our greatest advocate? Our top fan? What if we become a safe place not just for others but ourselves?

Let’s do it!

Let’s have our back!

Let’s love ourselves like we KNOW who our Father is.

If your anger could speak, what would it say?

“I’m hurt.”
“That crossed a line.”
“I need to be heard.”

Maybe you’ve been swallowing it. Maybe it comes out louder than you intended. Maybe you’re still searching for the words.

Join special guest Taylor Shire and me for Decoding the Message of Anger—a Women's Growth Group on Zoom where we’ll make room to express what we’re feeling and explore what our anger may be trying to tell us.

Bring your questions, your feelings, and your willingness to listen. Share only what feels comfortable. 🤍

Who do I become when “we” becomes “me”?

The familiar songs. The inside jokes. The future you pictured together. Divorce can leave you wondering what to do with all of it—and how to find yourself again.

Whether you’re considering divorce, navigating a separation, or rebuilding afterward, you deserve room to talk about the things people rarely ask about.

Join me for Let’s Get Real! about Divorce—an honest, compassionate conversation about grief, relief, fear, identity, and beginning again.

You can miss what you had and still want something different. You can feel hopeful and overwhelmed on the same day.

Come share, or simply listen. You don’t need to have it all figured out. 🤍
